ICSTIS’ published role is "To establish, maintain and ensure compliance with appropriate standards of protection for users of premium rate information and entertainment services and, in doing so, contribute towards the development of the industry." ICSTIS has a strict code of practise which to which we have subscribed. Any service in the UK that may charge using premium SMS should have signed up to and been approved to operate by ICSTIS.
