Here at playtxt we want you to have fun using the service and not for your enjoyment to be spoilt by rude or offensive people. Unwanted persistent messages from users that you would prefer not to her from could also be a problem.
If something like this is troubling you here’s what to do:
In the first instance block the user from sending you playtxt texts or messages this can be done by sending a message in the usual way to playtxt (send the text to the number on your 'Home' page (URL______________)) and include the user's username followed by the word “block” ON ITS OWN. So, if you want to block a user called “Emily” you would send: “Emily block” . You can unblock a user in the similar way, by sending a message: “Emily unblock”.
If you feel that the nature of the problem is a lot more serious than just blocking the user contact us by means of the Feedback form (URL_____________) and playtxt shall investigate the complaint. We take inappropriate behaviour very seriously.
